SNO-GO RETURN POLICY
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to $250 and customers must pay for their own return shipping.
REFUNDS: Damaged product including but not limited to used product, scratches, dents, dings, and missing or worn parts will not be eligible for a full refund. In the instance that a bike is returned and appears to be used, worn, or damaged, SNO-GO will provide a market value assessment to decide whether a refund is possible and to what value. All SNO-GO bike refund requests are subject to a $250 restocking fee in addition to paying for return shipping.
